UpPrints, the printer-maker that acquired UP in 2014, said Monday that it plans to launch its new UP Print line of printer cartridges this year.
UpPrint has already said that it intends to launch at least six new lines of UP printer cartridges next year.
The company plans to sell up to 100 UP printers, according to its blog post.
Upprint is currently producing about 4,000 printer cartridges a month.UP has previously said it intends the new UP line to be used primarily in the US, where it is popular among professional and business printers.
UpPrints currently sells its printers to businesses and individuals.
But the company is also looking at a possible expansion of its printer business to the US.UP’s new line of printers will be priced at $1,500.
Up will also begin selling its printer cartridges at its retail stores in the United States in the coming weeks.
The announcement comes after UP CEO Kevin Nunn announced that UP is “on track to begin shipping a number of its first line of UP printers to retailers in the next couple of weeks.”
Nunn said in January that UP’s printer business is growing rapidly, but he did not specify when the company would start manufacturing new lines.UP also said in a press release that it was planning to sell printer cartridges online, which will help its business expand.UP and its printer partners will also be selling printer cartridges in its U.S. stores.UP printers are available for a wide range of industries, from graphic design to medical imaging, manufacturing, and manufacturing consulting.
Up has partnered with other companies, including Canon, HP, Samsung, Dell, and Apple, to sell UP printers.
