A new driver update is now available for the HP® 4000 series printer drivers and printer software that is currently supported by the printer.
The drivers can be downloaded from the HP Web site.
The update will update the drivers to the newest version available for download.
Drivers are currently available for printers from HP, HP Compaq, HP Enterprise, and HP Optiplex printers.
Drivers can be installed using either of the following methods: with the Windows Print Driver Manager or through the HP Software Suite or Windows Installer.
The new driver release is compatible with the following printers: HP 5000 series printers and HP 400 Series printers.
The driver update includes fixes to the following drivers: PrintServer(s) (for HP 5000 and HP 4000 printers) PrintDriver (for PrintServer 5000 and 4000 printers).
Driver versions 3.6.1 and 3.7.2 have been released.

HP will provide additional driver support for the following printer models and drivers later in the year.
The next driver update will be available on March 13.
